Looking for Retention Manager to relocate to Europ

The Retention Manager will have overall responsibility for initiating and implementing retention strategies in order to retain and optimise profitable players

3 years proven Management and Leadership experience
Extensive experience and understanding of Online Marketing
Previous marketing experience that related to different segments (offers, cost effective campaigns, approach, communications etc.)
Extensive experience and knowledge of CRM systems
Extensive knowledge and experience of Retention tools and initiatives
Strong Analytical skills - to be able to create actions based on analysis of campaigns and segments KPI’s , also to be able to optimize campaigns and promotions based on analysis
Ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
Professional Marketing qualification or demonstrable competence at this level
