Job Description:
To escort and support the sales process and the deployment of strategic projects, worldwide
Responsibility to provide the technical pre-sale and post-sale support to strategic projects and its selling units and distributors
• Understand customer needs and suggest the optimal solution configuration
• Support the selling entities in answering RFQ and tenders
• Support and mentor beta and pilot projects
• Escort the deployment phase to ensure successful implementation
• Transfer relevant knowledge to the field operations through training and written material
environment.
Job Requirements:
Skills/Knowledge
• Technical background
• IT knowledge and practical experience
• Experince with access control systems
• Project management proven experience
• Fluent in English and Hebrew. Spanish and/or Portugeze – a major advantage
• Ready to spend 1-2 weeks per month abroad
