o Minimum 3 year experience working as BI analyst.
o Proven experience with Oracle BI
o Understanding of DWH, OLAP, OLTP concepts
o Minimum 5 years experience in SQL
o High level of English
o Education: Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems Engineering).

Mellanox Technologies is looking for an experienced System Engineer to with a strong technological experience in networking, and software development. The candidate will work closely with R&D, marketing, FAE(Field Application Engineering)/system engineering group and our customers and will provide in depth and comprehensive system level support to enable successful evaluation and implementation of Mellanox technologies and products with our OEMs and end user customers.

• Lead complex engineering solutions and technical projects in the matrix environment – investigate the technical escalations with customers and R&D teams, build and lead engineering task force, build debug strategies and lead them to execution, while communicating to customer.
• Provide constructive feedback to engineering and R&D regarding product requirements and improvements, based on customer feedback
• Serve as a learning interface between R&D and customer facing teams

• B.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Minimum of three years computer systems development.
• Knowledge in technical disciplines, e.g., infrastructure architecture in HPC, information technology, software development, or hardware architecture/design
• Networking knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields: Ethernet layers 2, Ethernet layers 3, InfiniBand – an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with customers

Understanding NMS products, writing test plans, execution of test cases, driving bug fixes and re-testing. Work on bugs: Root cause isolation steps to reproduce, problem description, proper logs and files

o 3-year working experience in networking industry.
o Knowledge in NMS products.
o Familiar with L2 Ethernet protocol like STP, VLAN, LACP and etc.
