Managing team of CRM Specialists
Managing Maintain ownership of retention activities for gaming through all channels to meet key business objectives
Provide appropriate recommendations alongside the CRM planning team of how to optimise both our campaigns and product development
Design, build and measure engagement programs across our product range targeted at key customer segments using appropriate levels of bonus and incentives
Develop customer segmentation models to deliver greater understanding of customer behaviour to drive more effective engagement activity
develop analytical and insightful promotional plans to meet business goals within budget

Over 5 years’ experience working within a CRM function preferably with a gaming background
Experience of leading and motivating a team to deliver to business objectives
Very results orientated
Sharp analytical mind, curious about understanding customer behaviour
Strong influencing skills
Excellent communication skills, including a good command of the English language
Experience with campaign management tools would be an advantage

The campaign manager will be responsible for campaign implementation across new and existing client base, and enhancements on existing campaigns
Be the point of contact for campaign software
Evaluate and develop new campaign processes
Responsible for implementation/change process for campaign management software
Responsible for establishing and implementing agreed contact/business
Responsible for driving evaluation of current campaigns and building automated reporting processes

2 years’ experience use of multiple Campaign tools such as preferably Unica, SAS, Neolane Siebel..
Preferable to have undergraduate degree in computer science
Sharp analytical mind, curious about understanding customer behavior
Solid experience in Database Marketing
Experience with operationally running and overseeing marketing campaigns
Good Knowledge of SQL
