1. Bachelors Degree in relevant areas of business, marketing, finance
2. 2 years minimum experience in Marketing, Marcom in the high-tech, internet field or similar
3. High level of computer literacy w/Full command of MS Office & Internet savvy (high level in MS excel an advantage)
4. High attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
6. Work well in teams
7. Passionate and creative person. Client/service oriented and results driven.
8. Languages – English mother tongue or level
9. Interest in Sports an advantage

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enterprise software marketing demonstrating a successful career with 4-7 years of experience. This is a position focused around analytical solutions for customer care\services organizations. Past experience should ideally include product marketing positions for contact center applications or BI companies and/or positions as a marketing analyst/strategist.
Cross-functional experience in sales support, field engineering, data analytics or product management will be considered a plus. Technical/engineering background is also a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a natural tendency for combining insights from the market, customers & the NICE product portfolio to help create and market packaged solutions.
Responsibilities
 Gather, document and communicate market requirements for recording and compliance solutions
 Analyze and report on market trends and competitive landscape
 Work across functions (field, product management, alliances, marketing) to help define creative solutions and help align IT &business messaging
 Help develop go-to-market and pricing strategies
 Create marketing plan, collateral and sales tools such as presentations, newsletters, brochures
 Support sales & partnership activities in the focus areas of the position as needed
 Help drive marketing & product launches
 Work with product management to ensure prod

 3+ years of experience in product marketing and/or enterprise software marketing positions/ contact center \customer services management positions
 Great presentation and written communication skills
 Creative with analytical skills
 Technical enough to interact with technical marketing and product management and translate product functionality into business value proposition
 English – mother tongue level
 Experience in the customer services domain – strong plus
