• Manage and design Cloud Storage solution utilizing NetApp Storage
• Deploy and operate large scale cloud infrastructure and application services in our own data centers
• Operational support of virtualized Linux environment comprised of more than 300 physical servers in multiple datacenter worldwide
• Work with our Engineers and Systems Architects on infrastructure projects
• A team member who is all about working with the latest and greatest technologies
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24x7 coverage of our services

Residency in Jerusalem – an advantage

Relevant education:
• B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training

• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven NetApp Administration experience with virtualization (KVM or Vserver preferable)
• A minimum of 1-2 years of Unix/Linux Administration experience
• Experience with designing and deploying virtualized infrastructures such as KVM, Vservers
• In depth knowledge of NetApp hardware and configuration
• In depth knowledge of NetApp technologies such as Snapmirror, Snaplock, Snapvault, Flexclone, OSSV a plus
• In depth knowledge of NetApp cluster technology for iSCSI and FC a plus
• Experience with EMC, an advantage
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player and able and willing to roll up sleeves
• High level of English, mostly for reading and writing
• Ability to work with heavy reliance on open-source software
• Understanding of modern IT production datacenter and Internet (ISP/ASP) hosting operations

Develop, manage and support the multiple collocation infrastructures in which our Linux-based application servers operate
Design & build tools to automate critical but repetitive processes in daily production operations
Design, develop and deploy tools to automate the monitoring & alerting of new systems and applications
Design, develop and deploy a graphing and trending solution for systems and applications
Assisting with support of Oracle DB environments
Contribute to the development of automated application server deployments, updates, maintenance and administration processes
Create and maintain Linux Shell and Perl scripts
Monitor system activity, performance, and growth
Support, trouble-shoot & monitor our 24x7x365 production environment
Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Relevant education:
BA/BSc or equivalent desirable
Required professional experience:
At least 5 years proven in-depth experience in Linux systems administration
Proven, in-depth UNIX scripting abilities – especially Perl and BASH
Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Subnetting, etc.
Knowledge of Oracle and MySQL highly desirable
Experience with NetApp storage environment a plus
Knowledge of Automation tools – Chef / Puppet a big advantage
Experience with Apache, JBOSS, Lucene desirable
Knowledge of Nagios monitoring/alerting and Zabbix graphing/trending apps a big plus

Implement, and operate communication networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
Install, configure, and maintain multiple network infrastructures in Colocation facilities
Implement, and operate LANs, WANs and MANs using equipment including routers, switches, network security devices, UPSs, and other network devices
Maintain and follow enterprise standards
Monitor network performance and perform capacity management
Troubleshoot and resolve operational network issues
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, processes, and service records
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware, software, and peripheral devices

Experience with logical design models and network protocols
Proven deep understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Routing, etc. and related networking protocols and technologies (CoS, PoE, NTP, CDP, TFTP, SNMP, SYSLOG etc.) and security-related protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Layer 2 network protocols (STP, VLANs, Ethernet, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Layer 3 IP routing (IP sub netting/addressing, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
Understand LAN/WAN and transport technologies
Knowledge of how other IT systems (applications, end user devices, servers) interact with the network
Experience with network cabling and physical layer/logical network infrastructure
Working technical knowledge of network control and management protocols and technologies (CoS, PoE, NTP, DHCP, CDP, TFTP, SNMP, SYSLOG etc.) and security-related protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, etc.)

• Develop technical training solutions for customers, partners and employees – Mainly NRX related content
• Deliver technical courses to customers, partners and employees
• Develop training materials and associated documentation for instructor-led training courses and eLearning offerings
• Independently lead learning solutions through training life cycle – needs analysis, mapping, design, development and delivery
• Work closely with the product house to gain expertise of new products and versions
• Transfer knowledge to trainers worldwide on products, training materials, new offerings and delivery methods
• Constitute a point-of-contact for product and professional knowledge needs of trainers worldwide

• Bachelor Degree in electronics, engineering or computer science or related technical degree preferred
• Certified Microsoft/Cisco/VMware preferred

• Good technical familiarity with CyberTech products & technology is highly preferred

• Experience as Support / Software / Field Engineer in a High Tech company

• Manage product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of NICE connectivity & multi-channel recording solutions for enterprise market, including:
o Manage the product’s strategy and roadmap
o Collect and prioritize product requirements
