The main task of an internal communications manager is to share company information with employees through a combination of methods including an internal company website, electronic newsletters, posters and other comms channels.
The Internal Communications role includes: - Write and/or edit all communications going out to the Org - Manage and maintain all Org communication Channels, especially drive and support the company portal (including manager website and the new hire website). - Advise and support various horizontal functions on internal communication issues - On going work with the design studio on a wide variety of projects - The community relations role includes the management and support of the various annual volunteering projects, facilitation of the quarterly donation foundation work and other projects in the field.

Responsible for Switching ASIC architecture, Ethernet networking features and switching group road map. Provides architectural guidelines and ASIC architectural specifications to the design group based on market analysis, customer feedback and design limitations.
Job Requirements
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering. P.Hd. is an advantage. Experience: 2-3 years as an ASIC architect. Deep knowledge in networking protocols.
