We work with leading automotive players and technology companies to
engineer, manufacture and deploy a cutting-edge solution for tomorrow’s
vehicles.
For our next stepping stone, we are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager and PA to lead all the general day-to-day office operations.
Reporting to the VP of HR
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a pro-active and professional reception management, including answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors,
ensuring guests are offered refreshments and staff are notified of guests’ arrival
· Being responsible for ensuring the entire office and meeting rooms are immaculate for clients, staff and visitors.
· General office duties such as being the first point of contact for all our suppliers, overseeing meeting room bookings, office recycling, managing expenses, managing kitchen stock levels and tidiness
· PA duties to group management including diary management, client entertainment, organizing travel
· Any other ad-hoc duties that arise
Job Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree (LL.B a significant advantage)
* 3+ years office management experience (startup/high-tech companies - a significant advantage)
* PA to the CEO (Startup companies- significant advantage)
* Energetic with a can-do attitude
* Articulate, presentable and of a positive disposition
* Attention to detail
* A forward-thinking and dynamic personality that can work in a fast-paced environment.
* To be successful you’ll need to be well organized, self-motivated and have outstanding communication skills.

For our next stepping stone, we are looking to hire an experienced Global Recruitment professional to lead full cycle Technical recruitment processes from scratch.
· Creative sourcing through social networks and media.
· Working alongside senior managers and providing on going service and support throughout the recruitment process.
· Responsible for meeting challenging recruitment goals and delivering high quality and professional recruitment services to the company.
· Reporting to the VP of HR
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global recruitment and talent strategy to support organizational mission, vision and goals.Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure a streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress.
* Provide general recruitment and talent acquisition support, including defining job requirements and responsibilities, writing job ads and descriptions, posting open positions, conducting phone/Skype interviews, screening resumes, coordination of interviews, background checking, researching new acquisition sources
* Develop strategies and programs to attract talent.
* Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes and priorities
* Proactively build talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening interviewing and assessing candidates for future business development goals and by creating a presence at career fairs, on-line and other virtual locations.
Job Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree; plus, a minimum of 7 years recruitment experience (Startup & high-tech companies - a significant advantage)
* Three (3) or more years of progressive supervisory experience working in high volume recruiting environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills;
* Experience using both internet recruitment sources and Applicant Tracking Systems;
* Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
* Flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative.
* Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
