Head of user Acquisition

AvaTradeAvaTrade is seeking a creative and talented User Acquisition Manager to manage the paid acquisition channels.
The User Acquisition Manager will focus on managing acquisition teams in fields on PPC, Social media marketing, Media buying, Email marketing.
The right person will be an analytical and business-savvy number cruncher who can independently manage multiple advertising campaigns as well as coordinate creative development and program execution.
This role is perfect for those who are analytical, love data, have a knack for optimization and look at User Acquisition as an art.
• Proven experience building successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos and demographics.
• On-going execution, monitoring and optimization of acquisition & retention campaigns to maximize and improve campaign performance.
• On-going retention and monetization initiatives to maximize and improve revenue performance on a DAU basis.
• Interact directly with ad networks and other apps discovery channels to create effective acquisition & retention marketing campaigns.
• Create and test email-marketing campaigns to maximize subscriber retention.
• Analyze and effectively communicate results, trends and insights to executives and other teams within the organization.
• Explore and test new acquisition marketing channels to secure new acquisition opportunities.
• Manage marketing investment based on LTV and ROI evaluation.
Job Requirements:THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
• EDUCATION: BS/BA degree in math, science, or engineering, or proven track record in a quantitative/problem-solving environment (or equivalent training and experience).
• EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in Digital marketing, media buying/PPC experience with a strong track record of measurable results.
• Experience in viral and paid user acquisition/monetization with a heavy focus on data analytics and reporting.
• Experience in campaign optimization is desired, familiarity with metrics for online consumer businesses (user acquisition, clickstream analysis, marketing efficiency, consumer lifecycle, etc.).
• Experience with retention email marketing campaigns. advantage
• Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility to easily handle changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience working in the social, mobile. Advantage
• Experience in Forex, Gambling, Gaming industry Big Advantage
• Experience in managing teams
