Customer Service Agent Tel- Aviv

Maersk LineCore responsibilities include:
• Taking full ownership of the customer experience by managing the end-to-end shipment process, remaining on top of changes in local & foreign process regulations, internal & external procedures and product developments, to maintain a solid understanding of the cargo shipped.
• Acting as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with customers, understand their business and service needs and continuously strive to improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and of Maersk Line.
• Delivering proactive customer service, tracking shipments and notifying customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, addressing root causes and recommending potential solutions or alternatives.
• Working independently, while also sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

Job Requirements:Candidate requirements:

• An excellent communicator with a flexible approach and an open mind, who has the ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders, and uses diplomacy and tact to defuse high tension situations.
• Someone with a passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence, who genuinely cares about people and is empathetic to the problems of others.
• Fluency in Hebrew and in English.
• Prior customer service experience is a strong advantage
• A degree or prior experience in the shipping/logistics/maritime industry is an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
