The Director of SW development leading this team is part of the iNAND product line managerial staff, working closely with the product development and validation groups and directly influencing their teams’ capabilities. This leader is also part of a WD global SW Solutions groups that together deliver similar capabilities to other WD product lines across the globe.
We are looking for an experienced manager with proven strengths in Technical, Organizational and People leadership to take this group to the next level.
Please note: The position location will be mainly at our Tefen site (north) with a day/ number of days in our Kfar Saba site and close interaction with WD global sites in India and USA.

• IT or DevOps/CI/CD background may be an advantage
• A background in large companies is an advantage
