joinAn industry-leading online marketing technological company is looking for a talented, creative, and analytical Bizdev manager to join the team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the company clients by generating leads and identifying sales opportunities for their SAAS-tech product.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full sales life-cycle for prospective deals from the initial call, to product demos, through to contract signing
- Manage global relationships with large digital publishers and other audience owners to sell the company's solution to clients
- Work with product, marketing, client success and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product.
- Maintain opportunities, customer network, and other relevant CRM information
- Develop a go-to-market strategy including budgets, target lists, and lead qualification processes
- Drive partnership performance, engage with key potential clients, and build the brand among industry leaders
- Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
- Help define the Business Development team processes, goals, and KPI’s as our growing startup continues to scale
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:2-4 years of sales experience in Ad-tech
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail and goal-oriented and possesses excellent organizational and time management skills
A born leader who takes initiative and thinks like a startup
Understands the marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing, and audience targeting
A determination to beat quarterly sales quotas, build relationships with industry-leading media companies, and sell great enterprise technology products
Native English speaker
Experience in selling SaaS products
Technical knowledge of the digital publishing ecosystem
Relationships with publishers / global ad-tech companies

joinOne of the best startups to emerge in Israel in the past few years is on the search for an experienced PPC specialist with strong analytical skills to join their Growth team.
This company has an amazing brand, a great B2C product, amazing founders and they offer excellent terms.

In this role, you’ll manage and scale paid user acquisition efforts across multiple channels. Your day-to-day will include being responsible for large-scale acquisition campaigns, including monitoring and optimizing performance, providing analysis, and developing action plans to capitalize on new opportunities. You’ll also work closely with members of the design and content teams on creative processes for new ads. Significant past PPC experience is a must, as is creativity, independence, and fast learning skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build, monitor and optimize large-scale acquisition campaigns on Google Adwords/ Facebook
- Manage hundreds of thousands of dollars of monthly performance budgets
- Understand the customer funnel, analyze it and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Provide analysis on a daily basis
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree is a must
At least 2 years in online marketing (PPC) - Must
High motivation, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
Independent and fast learning
Creative thinker
Strong analytical skills
High proficiency in Excel (vlookup, Pivot tables)
