We are seeking a Business Operations lead to join the Global Customer Support organization for a position located in Rehovot, Israel. In this role you will lead the global Support Business operations activity focused on Service business with overall accountability on Commercial offering ,Analytics and Projects related to incremental revenue or efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Service business - Monitoring to drive revenue growth or cost effincies.
•Analytics - Monitor, analyze and dissect the service revenue streams by accounts, segments, applications, regions, trends and buying behaviors.
•Projects - Working in a matrix managing multiple cross company projects which includes interactions with internal corporate departments such as Operation, Finance, IT, Marketing and company subsidiaries across the globe.
•Growth and efficiencies - Prepare and execute a roadmap including scope, schedule, budget, delivery plan, risks, success criteria’s etc.
•Reporting - Provide periodic status on service updates, Identify & report risks and issues.
•Communication - Effectively communicate status and milestones to the global team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Job Requirements:Required Education, Skills and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Economics or Industrial Engineering.
•PMI certified (advantage)
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in business management , (Service Business is Advantage)
•Familiar with capital equipment companies with a consumables business model.
•Basic processes understanding of Customer Support, operation, finance, marketing & IT.
•Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)
•Work experience in a global organization – Must.
•Team Player.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Open to new ideas and approaches.
Other Requirements:
•Works in a pleasant office environment with other department staff members.
•Utilizing a computer workstation and various software applications.
•Travel requirement: up to 30%
