Join us in a highly impactful and cross functional role as our On boarding Sales Program Manager based in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will partner directly with our sales leaders to assess and improve our sales on-boarding initiatives. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to create and facilitate brand new training collateral to ensure the ongoing success and retainment of all of our Account Executives.

What to expect?
Assess our existing on boarding programs across sales development, sales, customer success, and professional services and develop a strategic plan
Develop a strategy for connecting our various on boarding programs into a fully realized revenue on boarding program
Oversee converting in-person on boarding program into a blended online experience
Partner with Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to build out highly salable revenue on boarding program
Set clear on boarding goals and metrics for sales development, sales, and customer success roles
Design a dynamic learning experience that directly leads to our ongoing learning and coaching programs
Partner with other content owning and producing stakeholders to ensure all on boarding content is up to date, easy to use and relevant for our key audiences
Identify and implement a new tool or platform for managing our on boarding program
Develop online on boarding courses and support materials in partnership with the Ennoblement Team
Own the ongoing strategy for providing a world-class on boarding experience across our revenue teams

Years of expereince 2-3
Fluent Hebrew/English
Solid foundation in HR disciplines and best practices
You have previous experience in Customer Success / Account Management or you’re eager to develop those skills
You’re a passionate, enthusiastic person who’s not afraid of hard work
You love building relationships with clients and going the extra mile for them
You write impeccable emails and are confident on the phone
You’re organized, sincere, empathetic, and proactive
You’re able to work Monday through Friday
Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
Experience in fast-paced environments managing on boarding programs for customer-facing teams
