Founded in Israel six years ago we are experiencing expeditious growth in Europe and the US market. We value hard work, and we value family life even more. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and support our expanding customer base.
You will:
? Be part of a great Customer Success team
? Onboard new customers to our platform
? Work with existing customers to improve their usage of the platform and to tailor it to their needs
? Become a trusted advisor in the areas of learning, training and communication
? Resolve issues for customers, sometimes on your own and sometimes working with Product and R&D teams
? Collaborate with sales team to help in selling the product and renewals business
? Work in flexible hours, catering for customers in Europe and North America

דרישות התפקיד

Successful candidates will have:
? A desire to learn and develop new skills
? Customer service oriented
? 2+ years experience in customers facing roles (account management or technical support roles)
? Technical skills, able to work with multiple platforms and learn new technologies on the fly
? Excellent English, both written and spoken
? Great team working skills
? Ability to work individually and as part of a team
? Good eye for detail
? Lead and push project by persuasion and consensus
? Conduct presentation to customers and partners
