Motorola is looking for a sharp and passionate Divisional HRBP to join our team
As HR Business Partner you will drive the HR and people related actions in the unit and contribute to their development. Provide support, consult leaders and drive the actions that support the achievement of business objectives.
-Act as the member of the unit’s Management Team as well as the R&D corporate HR team
-Provide support to R&D site lead, R&D directors and team leads
-Consult Managers on HR aspects, employees related matters and org structure
-Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the unit: employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, OD and specific projects (Globally and locally)
-Participates in the design, implementation, and management of comp & Ben initiatives to ensure talents retention and attraction
-Support and plan organizational changes within the unit.
-Designs succession plans, Development plans for key talents and key job positions
-Previous experience (3-5 years) in Human Resources Management including OD processes in global Hi-tech organizations
-Fluent in English .
-Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
-Change Management Skills
-Strong Business Insight
-Labor Law Knowledge Skills
