The role includes: Quality Assurance, Tech Support, Product, and Scripting (optional). You will work closely with R&D, Product Management and Marketing departments. The role will give you an opportunity to get to know the different aspects of the software industry while conducting hands on technical investigations for our customers. The aimed career path is to be integrated into our R&D department.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Team Leader for a startup or software development company.
Languages: English at a mother tongue level - a must. Knowledge of Russian / Ukrainian – as advantage.
Passion for customer service, team building, and self learning
Passionate about software and everything mobile or PC related.
Dynamic and fast paced thinker
Experience managing client escalations
Experience self managing hands-on projects that comply with business deadlines
Experience mentoring & motivating customer service and engineering teams
