• Provide System IT services for internal needs.
• 1+ Year of experience in helpdesk departments/technical support/System Administration for software and Itproducts – A MUST
• 1+ Year Technical Knowledge of computer, networks, server and security software and hardware(As TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, Firewalls, etc.)
• 1+ Year Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment
• Working knowledge of cloud / on-premises infrastructure components (Software deployment-IIS, Virtualization, Systems Management, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and priorities workload
