Work with clients to troubleshoot and resolve problems with use of BlazeMeter/Runscope
Analyze technical issues, scripts and code related to use of BlazeMeter/Runscope
Create solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) ideas to customers
Explore and experiment with automated solutions to maximize efficiency
Prioritize, manage and escalate issues in a strategic and effective manner
Collaborate with Engineering and Product resources to escalate critical issues
Collaborate with Sales and Presales to enable prospective clients in PoCs
Gather customer feedback for Product Management

דרישות התפקיד

3+ years of technical experience in development, QA, support, or other relevant fields
Empathy, curiosity, excellence and drive
Great verbal and written communication
Strong problem solving and solutioning skills
Strong API level performance testing experience
Strong understanding of REST API fundamentals
Proficiency in Java, Javascript, Python or similar programming languages
Experience with JMeter or other open source tools is a plus
Familiarity with BlazeMeter or other performance testing tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related is a plus
