The Department Head of Media Performance, will be responsible for all our digital performance campaigns and partnerships strategy across the brand in all the international markets we operate. Reporting to the CMO.
Responsible for ensuring that our paid campaigns activity is delivering against brand and performance KPI’s in each region. These range across demand generation, customer acquisition and retention.
Working closely with key stakeholders across Brand, Art, Business Science, Product and Dev, you will lead the evolution of the Media function for the business to develop and execute a marketing leading strategy.
5+ years experience as a Head of user acquisition
OR as a Head of Media
Managerial experience and a hands-on attitude.
Proven experience in leading high-performing UA/Media teams.
hands on experience in social, familiar with PPC and SEO practices.
Able to work cross-functionally.
Marketing oriented, creative thinker with vast understanding of all social media platforms.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high stress environment,
Excellent analytical skills, research oriented and data-driven..
High attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Creative and ad optimization experience.
