Back Office Rep. plays a key role into the operation and performance of the affiliate department. The duties and responsibilities cover a vast range including IT-related tasks, payments, software, marketing tools as well as administrative and reporting.
• Reporting and data entry: coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• General Office Admin.
• Support and Assist departments Team Leaders and Director.
• Maintain the pool of department’s marketing tools.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Proficiency with Excel ,
? Organized, Professional, Motivated and good interpersonal skills.
? Computer Savvy with understanding of the Internet.
? Fluent English speaker – a must.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently;
? Detail oriented
Good time management and prioritizing skills – a must;
