Operate owned the Digital Nespresso customer journey with focus on CRO, A/B testing & performance marketing.
Also coordinate product, campaign and activation launches; ideate, design, develop and deploy local content and initiatives; guarantee seamless experience on all Nespresso digital touchpoints; coordinate definition and/or deployment of all digital projects and activations across the market.
Minimum 3 years on eCommerce operation/product management (Hands On).
Previous experience in characterization an eCommerce online customer journey (E2E)
Proven experience in Google Analytics & Google Optimize.
Basic knowledge in Google Tag Manager.
Previous experience in CMS platforms.
Excellent knowledge in online performance marketing campaign.
Good to have:
Knowledge in HTML, CCS & JS.
Hands on experience in Facebook & Google ads platforms.
Previous experience working with various factors abroad.
