Gett is looking for an IT Specialist to join the Israel IT Team.
We are looking for a candidate with good problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player.
Support the company end users with IT hardware and software related issues.
Manage Microsoft Active Directory Domain (servers, permissions and roles).
Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution including documentation.
Document procedures and information for future use.
Support Windows and OS X operating systems.
Manage and maintain the IT inventory.
2-3 years work experience as a Help Desk Support - a must.
Experience in Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X environments - a must.
Experience with Active Directory, GPO management, and cloud services such as Azure / GSuite / Office 365, JAMF, Okta, Zoom, AWS.
Experience with support and troubleshooting in a remote environment – an advantage.
Experience with networking protocol and configurations - an advantage.
Linux laptop support - an advantage.
High level of English.
