High school graduate 
High level of English 
At least three years’ experience delivering hands-on technical support in a helpdesk environment
Service oriented able to address customer pains while suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate (come in with a “rosh gadol” attitude)
Global employment experience big advantage 
Certified PC technician 
Microsoft certification a plus
In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals
Able to identify, repair, replace and reinstall new components 
Familiar with standard anti-virus solutions 
Able to identify and address both software and hardware issues
