Key member of the Marketing team - responsible for the company's development through implementing the main strategy and leadership of the sales force.
You will lead the organization to the effective implementation of the key pillars of our strategy - engagement through systematic account development.
Secure marketing management process from a strategic perspective (analysis, planning, implementation and control) for the respective functions.
Implement global market reach processes & sensing standards, drive improvement processes on a local level, develop & execute sensing initiatives, and implement global guidelines on structured pricing for our services.
Drive engagement initiatives in line with Global and Southern Europe Hub team as well as Customer Surveys.
Identify markets characteristics and new trends to help steer the Multi-Channel Sales in the right direction through owning customer engagement and providing guidelines and trainings to all relevant stakeholders.
-A degree in Economics/Engineering at minimum, MBA will be considered as a plus
-Successful results as within marketing reach
-Experience in working with large sales forces and a multi channel sales approach
-Earlier experiences from one or more of: Factbase/customer data, Pricing, Sensing
-Analytical skills, result-oriented, problem solving and pro-active approach to tasks
-High communication & human relations skills
-Fluent in English
-A confident user of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Powerpoint and Access)
