Technical Support Engineer
3+ years implementation/operations experience of Linux servers, virtualization OR 3+ years implementation/operations experience of network/security systems
Previous customer/end user facing experience as a technical lead
Strong understanding of networks, protocols and internet technologies (Routing, NAT, Advanced TCP/IP etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
Experience in firewall administration/configuration is a plus (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
Perl, Python, BASH skills are a plus

Professional Services Engineer
company or systems integration
Working knowledge with the following technologies: HTTP, JSON, XML, SOAP, Web and Application Servers
Experience setting up and installing software on Linux platforms (on-premise and cloud)
Experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Shell, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
Excellent communication skills and experience working with global clients and partners
Familiarity with identity and access management - an advantage
Experience in a startup company - an advantage
Experience with containers and Kubernetes - an advantage
Ability to write technical documents - an advantage
Willingness to travel about 25%
