About the role
As a Legal PA, you will be responsible for performing a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature for attorneys. Key responsibilities include:
•Supporting the administration of the Tel Aviv office
•Arranging a large variety of events, including Business Development and marketing events, and client meetings
•Complex diary management and travel arrangements
•Managing attorney communications as requested
•Liaising with the Revenue Team to produce drafts, revisions and ensure the submission of client billings
•Printing, scanning, organising, transcribing, and distributing documents upon request
We’d love to hear from you if you:
•Are fluent in English and Hebrew
•Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
•Are able to work with staff and manage client expectations
•Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
•Strong PA or secretarial experience
•Organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
•Knowledge and understanding of typical work processes performed daily in an office environment.
