For a promising start-up company in the field of renewable energy we are looking for Business Development director
The role presents a growth opportunity to work closely with the senior management and report directly to the CEO.
Identify and develop detailed understanding of the company relevant markets and refine the company’s market thesis, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Prioritize and validate market opportunities, based on relevance, market size, customer interest and deployment timeline.
Identify, pursue, negotiate, close, and maintain contractual relationships with customers for developing and deploying hydrogen generation products in the field.
Build partnerships and sales channels
Stay informed about market dynamics and represent the company in external meetings with senior stakeholders
Establish and optimize the company’s process for developing grant proposals and response to RFPs
As a small organization, the BD director initial responsibilities will also cover other aspects such as marketing and government/NGO relations.
7+ years experience selling and/or developing projects in the Energy industry or similar industries.
Successful sales/BD track record - experience in large scale international sales or commercial transactions and Intensive work interface with corporates.
Science/Engineering degree - an advantage

Hydrogen industry experience - an advantage
