Handle time attendance of the employees, provide on-going payroll related services and labor law information.
Work with insurance companies to provide ongoing updates of payroll data and report analysis.
The position is part of a payroll team, reporting directly to the Payroll Manger.
This is a full time position, flexibility for overtime is required during payroll periods.
Payroll accountant course graduate- Must
Certified Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel – Must
2 years of relevant experience in similar position – Must
Experience working for a large company - advantage
Familiar with Hilan payroll system, Ofek system and “Hila net”
Knowledge in labor law and social security - Must
Strong MS-Excel and office skills
Strong interpersonal skills, self-learning abilities, ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality products on time and high service awareness
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks completely and independently
