Supporting company operations and reporting into Assistant Vice President of Human Recourses and Site Manager, the Office Manager and Financial Assistant will be responsible for:
•facilitating the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks
•organizing meetings
•booking transport and accommodation for the business guests
•ordering office equipment
•dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
•preparing letters, presentations and reports
•managing office budgets
•liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
•implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
•ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
•using a range of software tools
•tracking employee expenses reports
•tracking employees time reporting
•assisting to the Finance Department in its needs – processing vendors invoices, collecting from the customers, vendors creation set up, creation of purchase requests and purchase orders etc.
•assisting in organizing social and welfare activities
•managing office cleaning services resource

•Familiarity with Oracle PR/PO, Hashavshevet, Tamal time reporting tools.
•Fluent in spoken and written English.
•Basic knowledge and experience in accounting/ bookkeeping.
•Experience from working in large organizations.
•Must be able to work as part of a small team with minimal day-to-day supervision
•Ability to work with multinational teams
•Driving license is a must.
