• The Product Marketing Manager role combines challenging in technical and marketing aspects
• The position includes requirements gathering, writing MRD’s, implementation and development of the product.
o BA or B.Sc. degree in Hardware Engineering or Computer Science
o MBA degree (advantage)
o 4-7 years of experience in technical / engineering position in the field of Mobile, Semiconductor or Firmware.
o 2-3 years of Product Management / Product Marketing
o Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace
o Works in matrix organization, and with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
o Must be willing to take an individual contributor role
o Passion for products and willing to put the effort in: Optimistic approach to new projects and looks at challenges as opportunities
o Sees the big picture: Understands how to consider the environment as well as the product itself. (Some basic industry knowledge)
o Global experience: familiar with the benefits and challenges of working with people around the world.
o Interpersonal skills: someone with ability to communicate, influence, and work effectively in all level, multiple geographies, and cross organizations.
