HR Information System Manager in Global multi-cultural environment with thousands of users.
Strategic partner of Global HR organization.
Responsible for HRIS work plan creation and delivery in all related systems.
Leading HRIS Global team as part of Global IS organization including internal and external resources.
Responsible for all HRIS solutions in the company (Success Factors, BI, Local time & attendance, Portals, etc.)
Job requirements - must:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in leading HR IS organization or/and Leading major and cross-cultural projects in Success factors.
Experience in HR Process Design and Optimization.
Hands-on experience in Success factors.
Strong functional understanding of the HR/LMS domain.
Professional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments.
Professional presentation and communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or systems information.
High English and Hebrew proficiency (fluent/mother tongue).
Willing to travel.
Dynamic leader and team player with strong commitment and drive to accomplish individual and team tasks and goals.
Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to cope with multi-tasking and working independently.
