Assistant Controller, Corporate

Participating in the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP.
Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of financial data.
Assist in preparing the annual tax reports
Communicating with the audit firm.
Verifying proper implementation of the company's processes and policies.
Assist in documentation of internal controls.
Being involved in cross-company projects and support the corporate accounting team.
Requirements and Skills:
Certified Public Accountant.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a leading institute.
Internship in one of the big 4. Experience with Hi-tech companies- an advantage.
2-4 years of relevant experience (in an accounting firm or as an assistant controller).
US GAAP knowledge.
Very strong analytical skills. This position may require resolving complex accounting issues and transactions.
Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with a particular focus on the ability to set priorities that correspond with business needs.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
English at a high level.
