We are looking for a highly service-oriented and tech-savvy support representative to join our israeli support team.
The right candidate should be a team player, self motivated and eager to learn and develop professionally within our company.
The support representative will receive and handle multiple tickets and provide our business customers with high level remote support, communicating by phone, emails and Whatsapp.
The representative will be using various methods to remotely connect to our customer’s systems, ensuring high standard and prompt service.
The representative will take part in system installations and customer training sessions.
Technical experience and understanding. ?Excellent trouble-shooting skills.?Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.?Basic level and experience with Linux OS and Applications.?Networking experience and knowledge?Asterisk experience is a plus?An understanding and experience of the VoIP industry is an advantage.?Pro-active with a “Can do” attitude?English and Hebrew proficiency (spoken and written)?
