A successful and fast-growing venture-backed start-up, which is reshaping IT Ops by harnessing the power of big data to analyze operational IT data, is looking for an experienced and motivated SDR Team Leader to join their team and have a direct impact on the bottom line of their business.
-Contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails, social media & events.
-Present the company to potential prospects.
-Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
-Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
-Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
-On-Board new team members and on-going supervision.
-Report to the Sales Manager on results.
-Travel to events & company meetings overseas.
- Fluent in English, Additional languages - advantage.
- Proven work experience as an outbound Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Experience in supervising SDR’s, building methodologies and reporting on KPI’s.
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Experience working with CRM & other platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn.
