• Plan and carry out experiments to develop functional protein formulations for the production of food products
• Develop highly efficient methods for the isolation and purification of proteins
• The characterization of proteins and complexes will be carried out in a variety of biochemical methods
• Work as a part of the protein formulation team
• Work closely with microbiology, fermentation, food science and QC teams
• MSc or PhD in the fields of Biochemistry/Life Sciences.
• In-depth understanding of protein structure, function and interactions.
• Practical experience working with proteins, analytics and QC (SDS-PAGE, WB, HPLC/FPLC, characterization of complexes, stability, formulations).
• Strong scientific orientation, solid planning and reasoning skills, strong hands-on capabilities, order, organization, and accuracy.
