The HR Manager will serve as the main focal point for all HR-related issues for the following topics:
Leading the full recruitment lifecycle
Conducting employee hire & onboarding
Comp & benefits administration
Supporting employees across various HR-related topics
Training programs and organizational development processes
Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Conducting welfare activities and programs for employee wellbeing
– Relevant Bachelor’s degree – a must
– 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist / HRBP
– At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, interviewing – a must
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Team player, ability to multitask, flexibility
– Technical skills orientation
