What we are looking for:
We are looking for a B2B digital marketing manager with 4 - 6 years of experience that also has some experience doing B2C. This person should be an expert in optimizing digital campaigns and websites for conversions, have knowledge of SEO and keep up with the latest best practices in these areas. We need someone who is not afraid of KPIs and always strives to improve campaigns and our company’s digital channels. This person should love studying analytics and finding ways to improve performance. This person should also understand the ins and outs of common social media channels and how people behave on them. Additionally, this person should be creative and love brainstorming and implementing campaign ideas with just the right messaging for each channel. Most importantly our digital marketing manager needs to be a team player who can work with multiple staff members in different departments to create successful campaigns.
Plan and execute all B2B email marketing, social media marketing and other digital campaigns. Both organic and paid.
Manage all of our B2B social media marketing channels including the calendar and scheduling
Optimize social media channels for maximum exposure and conversation
Own and manage the B2B website, including SEO and conversion optimization
Regularly monitor our website and social media analytics, to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and optimize our customer funnel
Create and maintain landing pages for ad campaigns and other purposes. Manage the SEO of the pages campaigns.
Work with sales to ensure a smooth customer acquisition journey
Work with the company’s content team to fully utilize the marketing content and ensure that the content created meets the company’s goals
Create detailed and easy-to-follow briefs for design and other teams as needed.
Experience creating and running organic and paid campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
Proven experience creating B2B and B2C digital campaigns that meet goals
Familiarity with HubSpot, other marketing automation tools a plus
Able to analyze and bring insights via website and software analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
Experience doing SEO and conversion optimization
Experience designing and carrying out A/B tests
Must be organized
Familiar with writing creative briefs
Fluent English, written and spoken
Note: This is not a content position but some writing and editing will be required.
Location: Jerusalem (This is an in-office position but with some flexibility to work occasionally from home)
