Purpose of Position
Over the last three years Talent acquisition at Teva has been on a path of transformation to a truly global service supporting every part of our business in a consistent way. As we build beyond the foundation of this service we need to maximise the potential benefits of having one platform; from the effective use of recruitment data to improving our candidate attraction and experience. To help drive this exciting development Teva is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Delivery – Global Operations. This role will be responsible for optimization of our global recruitment processes and technologies with a focus on reporting and analytics. Additionally it is expected that this role will have a significant role in improving our use of social media and maximise the impact of Teva’s EVP on candidate attraction activities.
This is a senior individual contributor role.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, business acumen and a good understanding of business drivers. You have interest in, and a deep understanding of, the supporting technologies within the recruitment process. You have a proven background in recruiting to a senior level and are able to fully understand the operational requirements of a best in class recruitment system/process and how it impacts the business when these are not fully optimised. You have experience of solution/process design and know how to ensure that recruitment partners such as agencies and RPOs deliver a high quality service and meet KPIs through accurate reporting - that is linked to our business objectives. You are experienced in working with ATSs and know how to get the very best performance from these systems and have strong interest in technology. You are excited by the role of Recruitment marketing, whether through social media or on career pages and other platforms, and are keen to be involved in this area. You also understand and follow new developments in the recruitment industry that can help Teva continue to develop and improve our recruitment service.
You must be a strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills across a wide range of executive, peer and operational stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the global approach to our use of TA technologies and reporting. This will include:
Developing recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, drive decision making and measuring productivity and ROI
Producing accurate, meaningful and regular reporting to help the Global Head of Talent Acquisition have access to data to support decision making
Using analytics to determine gaps and trends, identify areas of opportunity, determine root causes and proactively make recommendations to address Talent acquisition short comings
Ensuring and reviewing that our service providers use our Success Factors platform in an optimal way. Updating training and providing refreshers as required
Creating and supporting recruitment marketing channels and deliverables (i.e. landing pages, campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
Support putting in place optimal social media interfaces within the recruitment process e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, regional/local job boards, etc.
Communicate effectively with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure the “global recruitment process” is understood and followed. Championing any changes that are required to improve the process
Research the recruitment industry, our competitors and other sources of information to ensure that we develop our recruiting processes in the most effective way possible for Teva
Building strong relationships with providers (RPO-partner, agencies, search firms, etc.) to drive the recruitment process on a path of constant improvement
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, an advanced degree would be a benefit.
A minimum 10 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience is required, with 5+ years of significant vendor management experience.
A strong understanding of recruitment processes at all levels of an organization from entry level to Executive level positions.
Excellent relationship building skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
A clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process is required.
Strong technical understanding of applicant tracking systems and related technologies
Experience of optimizing Social Media/Career sites to effectively market areas of recruitment focus
Strong project management experience
Knowledge of and experience of working within the Health care sector would be a significant advantage, but not a requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a senior level both internally and externally
Able to engage hiring managers in the importance of following a consistent recruiting process.(Drive adoption)
Self-directed; ability to work in a fast paced, changing, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as RPOs firms and Agencies required.
Strong attention to detail, focus on accuracy
Global mindset, able to understand and appreciate cultural differences and design approaches that can adapt
Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
