Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process for open positions
Find top-tier talent candidates for our various positions by Sourcing, publishing through social media, working with placement companies, referrals, etc.
Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience
Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and align with their department recruiting objectives
Work together as part of a recruiting team to promote cross-organizational projects
Partnering and working closely with our leadership team to design the hiring process and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from a global company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Proven experience in recruiting E2E positions for R&D or Marketing roles
Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter)
BSc in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences or equivalent - an advantage
