We are looking for a professional Support Engineer to be Responsible for support assurance activities of our products.
"Assists customers for daily questions and tracking the customer tickets
"Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
"Writing technical documents
"Identify critical customer bottlenecks
"Document, prioritize, and investigate bugs.
"Complete projects, review, and reports as needed.
"Support customers North America time.

דרישות התפקיד

At least 5 years experience in embedded software and hardware support
Good knowledge of Android operating system (Embedded Linux kernel)
Know how to use android studio and ability to write simple code in android
Experience in Multidisciplinary systems. Strong technical understanding of embedded
Experience in support management tools administration and maintenance
Good knowledge of OTA (over the air update) support
Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Perfect English communication.
Advantages:
Familiarity with automotive system environment and standards
skills, especially in Java, BASH/SHELL script -
Practical Engineer or BSc degree in Computer Science or Electronic fields
