We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to join our HR Team.

Location: Herzliya

The main job focuses are:

Managing the hiring processes end to end, focusing on modern software technologies
Screening candidates through resume review, and behavior based phone and face-to-face interviews
Design and execution of sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best talent
Developing innovative sourcing channels and hiring solutions
Delivering the best candidate experience while connecting and communicating with candidates
Managing salary negotiations and offers
Working closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and employees
Supporting HR processes and projects

דרישות התפקיד

BA in Behavioral Studies/Social Sciences/Organizational Development/another related field
3+ years exprience in technical recruiting- Must
Vast experience in traditional and unique sourcing techniques, including social and professional networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Stack Overflow, etc.)
Ability to source 'beneath the surface', to find and attract the top talent and passive candidates
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Light/Corporate account
Interviewing experience (behavior-based phone and face-to-face interviews)
Good understanding of the Israeli hi-tech market and specifically SW industry – an advantage
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Natural team player
Solid time management skills
Ability to lead projects and work independently
Enthusiasm and out of the box thinking
