Managing Sales Operations accounts (Dealers) (15%)
Managing dealers in the system
Ordering process from order entry to full delivery
Orders' entry, sanity check, supply chain coordination
Shipments and Export to dealers abroad
Policy & regulations enforcement
Invoicing
RMA / Warranty handling
Team members, redundancy
Price lists management
Organization & Methods Implementation (85%)
Processes, reports management and control
Managing, defining, and developing standardized and customized cross company processes
Monitoring and improving processes' performance
Developing new tracking tools & methodologies
Establishing and managing standardized and customized sales and business reports
Creating ad-hoc Excel reports to assist the sales and account management teams
Monitor, control and research data quality to ensure data accuracy and assist with data cleanup

דרישות התפקיד

Bachelor’s Degree or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering or Economics/Business
English at a very high level – mandatory
1-3 years of relevant exp. coming from a product based industrial company (not service)
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract business insights through data analysis
Previous experience as a planner / TAPI - advantage
Advanced Excel skills with understanding of BI tools
ERP experience is a must
Familiarity with CRM program - advantage
