Responsibilities

Entering and updating customer and account data into relevant databases
Creating accurate spreadsheets
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Liaising with the bank
General office administration from time to time

Proven data entry work experience
Familiarity with administrative duties
Attention to detail
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Excellent command of English and Hebrew
