As a Technical Recruiter at Devalore, you will be responsible for the recruitment process in our 4 sites in Israel. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Recruiter that will reach out to top talent candidates. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, finding the best candidates, developing sourcing strategies, building the most effective hiring process, interviewing, signing contracts, and more.
1+ year of end-to-end recruiting experience in technology companies - Must
1+ years of sourcing and researching using various tools and platforms
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Experience meeting candidates and assessing their skills, ability and fit
Proven proficiency with recruiting tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more)
