We are looking for a Market Research & Insights Manager. This position will be responsible for providing meaningful insights through strategic projects. You will utilize various market research and analytics methods to identify new opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer and partner experience.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
Define an approach and manage an ongoing NPS program covering the whole customer journey
Derive insights, which will inform new initiatives, new features, and new ways to delight our customers
Recommend initiatives and opportunities through new and existing research, presenting compelling customer cases that drive customer satisfaction.
Develop recommendations for research approaches to help business partners from all parts of the organization address and answer key questions related to business needs
Cultivate relationships across the organization and build strong partnerships with senior management
Manage all strategic research related to brand stretch and innovation opportunities
Collaborate with research agencies to conduct quantitative and qualitative brand and market research
Leverage research findings for thought leadership
Extract and communicate trends and insights in a clear way to stakeholders, including senior management
Contribute to evaluation of new vendors, subscriptions, and research platforms
Follow relevant feeds, blogs, forums, etc. to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
Manage, coach, develop, and prioritize work for direct reports and foster teamwork and collaboration

דרישות התפקיד

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social science, management or statistics
Over 5 years of experience in leading Market Research, Surveys and NPS program management for a large company
Experience with a wide range of primary research approaches and techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods
Experience translating research findings into actionable insights for the business to drive marketing strategy and product enhancements
Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior management
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to manage, drive, and challenge team members and foster collaboration
Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Critical thinker with a resourceful approach to problem-solving and experience managing clients and/or multiple stakeholders
Can-do attitude, creative, proactive and innovative
