Join our Team in Tel Aviv or Ashdod as an Intermodal Customer Service Agent and be the key owner of providing the service to our customers they deserve, thus having lasting impact on the inland related customer experience.
Key responsibilities Within shipping and logistics, proactive communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring transparency end-to-end. In order to provide this service, your main responsibilities will be:
• Be in constant contact with our customers and partners responsible for all inland related transport processes.
• Be the single point of contact for our Customer Service Frontline organization ensuring all inland transports are handled to meet customer expectations.
• Notify our customers about relevant deviations from the inland transport plan, provide solutions and alternatives.
• Take ownership of standard and proactive reporting, ensuring a reliable and positive inland customer experience.
• Display a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize time-critical tasks
• Manage all ad-hoc and urgent interruptions in the end-to-end inland cycle.
• Act as a catalyst for our Customer Service and Inland Organization.
We are looking for • Experience in shipping/logistics sector in customer or import/export area
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Hebrew
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
• High degree of empathy, assertiveness, and confidence
• Open-minded and creative attitude with willingness to promote change
• Personal ability to build strong relationships with others
• Excellent approach in prioritizing time-critical tasks.
