The interface analyst conducts the analysis and design of interfaces requirements in the projects.
The interface analyst will become an expert in the Sapiens software application/s and use the out of box interface existing core and country layer functionalities to support customer’s business process and requirements.
The analyst will work with the insurance companies to understand their “as is” business processes, architecture and insurance interface requirements and work with the customer to define the “to be” state using the Sapiens software application as the base.
The analyst will define new interfaces functionalities in the case where the Sapiens offering does not support the customer’s requirements
The analyst will run workshops and work closely with the insurance companies to gather requirements and in turn define, document, and present the solutions back to the customer.
The analyst will work closely with project management, product management, functional business analyst, development, and testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions.
Map out the differences between customer requirements and current core/country layer
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements between the customer and IDIT
Participate in customer functional workshops.
Understand the gaps in the requirements and the type of solution needed
Draft and write deliverables
Build solution design based on Sapiens IDIT Core functionality
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed interface specifications
Participate in Solution Design workshops.
Lead interface Solution design workshops
Understanding the customer business processes, procedures, interface functionality and how they translate into IDIT interface functionality
Write solution design documents - iSDS
Provide support throughout the project lifecycle when needed
Provide support to the customer
Provide support to development, QA, UAT and production
Excellent analytical skills.
Experience with information systems (such as ERP) at a super user level.
Experience with financial services and financial systems.
Experience with interface design including technical knowledge.
Excellent communications skills in English (mother tongue level).
Insurance business knowledge - an advantage.
Experience with overseas customers and willingness to travel.
