RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain network in the Health / MedTech Venture Capital ecosystem in Israel
• Develop and grow customer relationships as well as significant and sustainable growth projects
• Manage key pharmaceutical accounts located within Israel with focus on business development in health care business
• First level commercial contact for customers concerning service requirements, technical support, complaints and supply
• Conduct negotiations in compliance with pricing guidelines and activity code. Prepare, monitor and report sales developments. Suggest and implement corrective actions in case of deviations
• Perform market analysis, identify and evaluate key market players and enhance relationship in Life Science (especially in Pharma & Personal Care). Detect emerging brands, export status, market trends and unmet customer needs or portfolio gaps
• Support and management of distributor
• Representation of Evonik at important industry events

דרישות התפקיד

REQUIREMENTS
• Successfully completed degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Science, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
• Min. of 5 years professional experience
• Extensive sales experience in the life science, pharmaceutical or chemical industry in Israel
• Ability to build and expand relationships with customers, prospects, start-ups and investors as well as being comfortable calling on a variety of companies on all management levels
• Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Hebrew and English
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-motivate, maintain high level of organization and coordinate many projects simultaneously
• Consistent regional travel and regular international travel
