We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for our Technical Support Team (in the company HQ) who is part of Professional Services department. In this position, the Support HQ team member, will be responsible to provide full technical support for the company products, supporting the company customers, regional support centers and professional services teams.

The HQ Professional Services team supports our global teams and partners/customers in a wide variety of activities like field support, PoC, demo as well as back office as helpdesk and planning and training that require both technical and commercial skills. Ideal candidates need to have excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, together with good knowledge in networking and RF technical background.

Member of Support HQ team as part of the Professional Services team
Provide technical support for the international customers
Support field engineers’ teams
Support technical escalations from the global support centers
Conduct tests, validation and simulation of different setups and scenarios as implemented in the customer’s networks and field deployments.
Operate variant networking and RF equipment such as: sniffers, routers, L2/L3 switches, spectrum analyzer, web and debugging tools.
Interface with different departments in the organization such as Commercial unit, Operation teams and Sales
Work closely with customers to understand they technical support problems and requirements.

Education in the field of electronics and/or communication (BSc – advantage)
At least 2 years experience as technical support engineer in a global high-tech company
Proven customer-facing experience with international customers
Knowledge in telecommunication networks, Ethernet/IP, Radio/wireless
Previous position with wireless companies - advantage
Technical orientation and "hands-on" skills
Language: English - high level, other (advantage)
Strong communication, high level of support and service capabilities
Willingness to travel abroad
